Hooked on something new #15

The girls over at Hooked on Crafts asked us to try something new this fortnight. No problem!
I am such a free and easy spirit with no limits to my unstructured and easy going life style. I could try something new without any stress to me at all.
NOW! If all of my friends could stop laughing immediately, I would appreciate it.
No seriously - Stop laughing.
I think that there are some things that I am very relaxed about - I try to take on the philosophy of "Life is way too short to worry about ... stuff!"
But then ... on the other hand... I could possibly be a teeny tiny bit compulsive about things as well. (So I have been told)
Back to the challenge: I love layering and I love my Copics so I avoided both on this card. Seeeee! I can do something new! (Although there are two layers of white on this card and I would dearly love to add some dimension to those leaves with a YG67)
All of these gorgeous flowers and adhesive pearls can be purchased at the Hooked on Crafts on line store.

I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Deep Ocean #16 Lots of white
Flutterby Wednesday #184 Open
Stampin with the Dragon #1 Frames
One Stop Craft Bingo (Emboss/Diecut/Flowers)
2 Sisters #73 Things with Wings

  6. Jenny this is such a beautiful card. I love the embossing on the front and the pearls dotted around the card. The flowers look gorgeous around the edge of the circle cutout. The hint of colour in the flowers really makes the card pop! We should all try something new and see if we can come up with such a fantastic card.
