Lollipop fun

This is CC Designs Lolli Beatrice. I know that it appears that I have shares in the CC Design company but no, I don't - just going through a 'super cute image' phase and a 'buying digi's' phase and a 'colouring' phase and an 'adhering' phase and a 'tying' phase and a 'punching' phase. Phew! I am exhausted.

Beachy Warm Wishes

I have been playing around with my cloud template and using different inks and pens to see which one I like the best. I made these clouds by sponging Brilliance Pearlescent Sky Blue ink. Unfortunately, the photo doesn't show it so you will just have to believe me when I say that the clouds have a real sparkly shine to them.
Just by choosing my new little CC Designs Beach girl image, Beatrice, by colouring all that blue sky, by picturing her frolicking in the summer sun - even though it is winter here in Melbourne, I am actually feeling very very warm. Hold on ... no ... that has passed. Cold again!
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Dream Valley #37 Summer
The Crazy Challenge #125 Under/Beside the Sea
Cupcake Craft #202 The Ocean
Tuesday Throwdown #108 Tropical Paradise
Top Tip Tuesday #81 All About Circles
Shopping our Stash #61 Something New (Image and Brilliance ink for cloud background)

Sweet Stampin - Monochromatic

Over at Sweet Stampin, we are having a Monochromatic challenge.
Try saying 'Monochromatic' out load 10 times fast.
I used my Copic markers YG00, 01, 03, 91, 93, 95 and 97 and coloured green, green, green and  green.
Oooops! except for Isabella's silver wings. But then of course, we all know that fairies couldn't possibly have green wings and that all fairy wings are silver. Duh!
Emerald Fairies are our sponsor and Joanna Sheen will be giving away a monthly prize to a lucky winner too.   The girls over at Sweet Stampin have some fabulous cards to show you so pop on over and join in!
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Stamptacular #172 Wings and Bling
Love to Create Use 3 of something
Cupcake Craftroom Layers
Fab'n'Funky #130 Make your own Flowers  Top 3
Southern Girls #49 Angels or Fantasy Top 5
PS: you can stop saying 'monochromatic' now - someone just might be listening.

Aussie Girl

This is what we girls all look like here in Australia. I know what you are all thinking.
You are thinking ...'What a gorgeous and attractive lot you are'.
It is a curse that we have to bare.
Which reminds me of a quote that I read the other day that made me laugh.
"A friend told me that I was delusional. I almost fell off my unicorn."
This is a Saturated Canary image, the stars and letters are courtesy of my MFT dies, the paper is My Minds Eye and the markers are of course, Copic.
I am going to enter this card in the following challenges:
SJ Crafts #6 Red White and Blue
Raise the Bar #108 Red White and Blue
Crazy 4 Challenges #144 Show your Countries Pride
CMC Copic #47 Navy/Dark Blues
Catch the Bug Anything Goes

Enjoy your day

I am in a Paper Piecing frenzy!!! Okay, perhaps you wouldn't call 2 cards a frenzy but if you saw my craft desk at the moment ... that looks like a frenzy. There are so many tiny pieces of paper that I can not throw out just in case I have printed a shirt or pants or shoes onto them. (I like to have lots of options). This card is like the sister card to the one before - or I should say 'brother' card. This is Fairytales Peter from CC Designs and the paper pad is 6x6 Echo Park - Hello Summer. (Wishful thinking)
Now don't forget to pop on over to Sweet Stampin and submit your own paper pieced creation.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
All that Scraps Anything Goes
Dude Time Doodles Fun in the sun
Dutch Dare Card Challenge #172 For a Child
Crafty Ann's #69 Paper Piecing
Catch the Bug Anything Goes

Sweet Stampin - Paper Piecing

Over at Sweet Stampin this week, our challenge to you is - Paper Piecing
Now, if you have been following me, then you will know that I made a teeny tiny mistake with our last challenge.
It was a Ribbon challenge (ooops! done it again) It was a Ribbon and Bow challenge and I may have just not included the 'bow' part. Okay, drag it out of me, I didn't include it.
So for this challenge I decided to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS. Clever - huh!
I definitely know that this is a Paper Piecing challenge.
I know that our sponsor is Bunny Zoe's Crafts
I know that they have very generously donated a voucher to be awarded to the winner.
I know that Joanna Sheen is also giving away a voucher this month.
I know that this little CC Design image Fairytales Belle and the Echo Park Paper Pad 'Hello Summer' can be purchased at the Bunny Zoe store.
AND I know that Belle's boots, dress and headband have all been paper pieced by yours truly.
Plus, I know that I made sure to use an image that already had a bow on it - just in case this was a Paper Piecing and Bow challenge. I am not taking any chances :)

I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Bunny Zoe's Crafts #25 Girls Girls Girls
Try it on Tuesdays Bingo (Diecut/2 papers/3 gems and a butterfly)
Tuesday Throwdown #105 Summertime
Stamp n' Plus #2 Anything Goes
Crafty Sentiments Summertime

Wish you were here

Wish you were here - and I really wish I was there.
Seriously, it is lovely where I am ...  promise.
The rain is mainly at night, except when it is during the day. The wind chill factor is quite bearable, provided you don't go outside. The sky is blue, or at least it will be when those dark grey clouds move away. Everyone gathered around me is happy and smiling. Hello ... is anyone there?

This little image from Sassy Cheryl is called 'Sweet Little Avery'. The photo is not great and that could have something to do with the fact that I take my photos outside hence the very cold and shaking photographer with little, if any natural light.

I will enter Avery into the following challenges:
Fab 'n' Funky #127 Cute and Girly
Do You Stack Up #78 Blue Skies and Clouds - Winner
Raise the Bar #107 Hello Summer
The Ribbon Girl Girlie
Crafting When We Can #21 Summer Fun
