This week over at Sweet Stampin' our challenge is "What's Cooking/Something to Eat".
I thought that these papers from Kaisercraft and this Mo Manning image were both a perfect fit for the challenge.
We are sponsored by Whimsy Stamps who are giving away 5 free digis of the winners choice and our monthly sponsor is Joanna Sheen.

Luckily for me, I enjoy cooking ... and I have a partner and a son who both love eating. Can you actually ever fill up a man/boy? Do they have a cut off point? I know that I often hear the words - I'm hungry/Is there anything to eat/How long will dinner be? But, I don't recall ever hearing "I have had enough. I just couldn't eat another thing"? So to all those mothers of young boys - remember ... it will only get worse. (lol)
Thank you to all of my lovely followers for your support and much much much appreciated comments.

I love this image and those papers are just perfect. I know what you mean about men/boys/food. Gregor is nearly 13 and there's no filling him. Have a lovely weekend xx
ReplyDeleteSuch a gorgeous card, love those colours and the image is so cute. I have two males too so know what it's like!! xx
ReplyDeleteThis is nothing short of adorable Jenny! And I love the dotted background you did, nice and soft but really adds a great contrast to the image. Once again, you have rocked the house! And I am so thankful no son to try and fill up, so much more money for crafty stuff!
ReplyDeleteFabulous, love the image and perfect papers!

So sweet! Love the colours.
ReplyDeleteI have to admit, with one son who is unbelievably picky and one who is picky, they aren't huge eaters. Would love to know what it's like to have someone say, "Yummy! More please, Mom" rather than "Ewwwwww, I don't like this."
I love this so much! I freely admit that I do NOT like to cook but I very much like to eat so anything food related is good in my book, lol :) I love those paper and your layout is perfect. Thanks for the amazing comment on my blog! Lots of hugs your way, Katie
ReplyDeleteSuper cute!! Fabulous card!
ReplyDeleteha ha, you are so right, there is no keeping up with the amount men and boys can eat, you are just lucky if they don't eat you out of house and home!
ReplyDeleteGorgeously cute card, I love that image and how you coloured her, and the perfect papers too.
